It was next to the notes of thanks and I gues it shows the author of th book. I like the expresion of the cat. The author suddenly seemed more likeable to me. Maby you can start a new category called "scientist with pets"

I bet this fellow could write a really great book. Between his "look to the future" pose, the pom-pom hat and the kitten, I'd say all his dreams were alive!
