Toni from CALIFORNIA writes: "...Dear Chris: Hi! My name is Toni and I'm almost 21teen. I'm from California and the weather has been unbearable, not to mention, unsafe for some of the fragile pets that live in my backyard. I wanted to send you a pic of my bunny butterscotch (the big tan one) and his new bunny girl friend bonita (the small one). I had to put them in the tub because I was out of cages. They have only lived together for about 3 days and I think they're getting along ;). She's really young, but I think he likes her..."
Lindsey from SEATTLE writes: "...From a Vegetarian's standpoint (ie. mine) it was adorably disturbing when Mr. Chews hopped in this personal frying pan as soon as it was placed on the floor during a birthday party. Mr. Chews himself forgot he is for loving and not for eating. Lindsey, Seattle."
RV is a viewer in KENTUCKY who dug through his childhood photo albums and sent several pics of his childhood pets. His pics from the past are pretty amazing, but unfortunately the photo he sent of himself as a grown man today is only 19 kilobytes big, and overly cropped and far too blurry for me to post here on Cute with Chris dot com. I've written him asking for a "high-quality" picture of his modern day self. If he sends one, I'll post the rest of his pictures, and his message. Until then, you'll have to make do with this 1980s shot of his rabbit. The bunny's name is Lightning.
Melissa from BC writes: "...Hi Chris, Your request for snow pictures comes right after one of Vancouver's rare snow days. My husband and I went for a walk down at Jericho Beach and took some pictures. The rabbits that can always be found there looked a bit chilly..." CLICK FOR RABBITS.
Sara from EDMONTON writes: "...Hey Chris, I've been having a bit of a rough day... I adopted my new bun Ellie a couple of weeks ago from the Edmonton Humane Society and yesterday she was spayed! Bunnies need to be spayed or they tend to get cancer when they reach about 2 years of age. Now... poor ellie has not only been cut up.. but CONED! and i'm sitting here on the floor hand feeding her because every time she tries to eat her cone fills up with hay and kibble." -Sara, 23teen Edmonton
