Hang in there Tommy! You're the one that started the whole portrait thing, so we're rootin' for you!

Kristen, he's not dead!

So sorry about your kitty. He was adorable.

Chris start a fund for Tommy!

He was so...young!

so so sorry.

Oh my...
Are it serious? Tommy is dead???

Tommy was maybe the most famous cat in this Cult. Can't belive he is gone... Could not have we sent money for save him? Such a grim air in here now...

Who is next? Elliot? Robot Cat? Pervy?

My condolences to Craig family

it is always hard to lose a pet. they offer such unconditional love. my condolences to the family.

That's very sad. Condolences

So sorry about your loss.

I stood by your bed last night; I came to have a peep.
I could see that you were crying, you found it hard to sleep.
I meowed to you softly as you brushed away a tear,
"It's me, I haven't left you, I'm well, I'm fine, I'm here."
I was close to you at breakfast, I watched you make something to eat,
You were thinking of the many times, your hands reached down to me.
I was with you at the store today; your arm was getting sore.
I longed to take your grocery bags, I wished I could do more.
I was with you at my urn today, you tend it with such care.
I want to re-assure you, that I'm not stuffed there.
I walked with you towards the house, as you fumbled for your key.
I gently put my paw on you; I smiled and said, "it's me."
You looked so very tired, as you sank into a chair.
I tried so hard to let you know, that I was standing there.
It's possible for me, to be so near you everyday.
To say to you with certainty, "I never went away."
You sat there very quietly, then smiled, I think you knew...
in the stillness of that evening, that I was very close to you.
The day is over... I smile and watch you yawning
and so I say "good-night, God bless, I'll see you in the morning."
And when the time is right for you to cross the wonderful divide,
I'll rush across to greet you and we'll stand, side by side.
I have so many things to show you, there is so much for you to see.
Be patient, live your journey out...then come home to be with me.

Oh my... sorry for your loss.

That's so sad. I'm sorry for your loss.

Tommy, you and Craig gave us much joy, laughter and frivolity. Thank you for sharing your formal portrait personality with us. You will be greatly missed - though your spirit will live on in internet history.

Condolences, Craig to you and your mom.

Rest in peace Tommy xoxo
My sincerest condolences to you and your family, Craig. We lost our own kitty to a similar problem.

Craig and family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful cat with all of us. It is so hard to loose a pet, especially one that you obviously have had so much fun with.

tommy in heaven chasing the birds that challenge you even greater cause that in itself is heaven too..

Oh no, this is so sad. The death of a pet is so heartbreaking.

To Craig and his mom - many of us here loved Tommy, even without knowing him. He will be fondly remembered not only by his family and friends, but by people all over the world who saw him online and could tell what a good cat he was. I hope that it offers you some small comfort to know how many of us are thinking of you and your loss. Tommy was obviously a truly loved member of your family, and I'm very sorry that he is not here anymore.

And Matt, that was a really great poem.

Craig and Tommy will always be in my heart.

Tommy, you were an amazing cat, so photogenic. Craig, so sorry for your loss. We all know what it is like to lose a friend. Stay positive, you'll get through it.

i am actually crying right now. tommy seems like he was a great cat.

God bless you, Craig. You obviously cared a great deal for Tommy, hence the photo. Care like that is what makes humanity noble, and losing a pet is truly painful. My heart goes out to you.
