The 'boob' is the person's nose or ear... You can see hair around it, and I doubt someone's book has so much hair that it hangs off like that. That would be scary. And you can see legs and arms to the side. :D cute though

So in the back the one with the blue jeans is out of focus and he hates puppies because a horrible childhood accident so he is clenching his fist creating the appearance of a nipple. And while it is possible the position of the nipple on the rest of the breast would make it seem as if when this woman was standing her nipple may well be on the bottom of if not obscured by the meaty heft of her pendulous bosom.

It is possible that this is a breast and a nipple not just her arm partially in frame but the odd thing about this picture seems to be that one of the legs of the foremost person is shaved while the other is not, and the musculature of them seems different. Maybe this is more than a simple nip slip.

You retards... that 'boob' part is actually the persons elbow or part of her arm, while the nipple happens to be a toe of the person in the background... See how the person in the background is missing his second foot? It's because he's raised it up to the side.
