Kinda looks like a Pomeranian but I am not sure. Looks extra suave, almost like he's lifting one brow...How you doin'? :)

Don't worry! The baby seat belongs to my friend's baby sister; we were at her house when we snapped the shot. And yes, Zeppelin is smiling because we gave him 4679138 treats while he posed for us. ;)
