The whole town is pretty much shut down because unlike Canada, Seattle doesn't have any snowplows. I am in Seattle too.. the city really doesn't know how to handle snow. Especially those under 20, male and in an SUV wearing Ambercrombie.

Except this would be a picture of spring if it were Manitoba. Perhaps if the picture were taken in southern BC?
