The Dandy

Felix in MINNEAPOLIS writes: "...Good morning, Chris; Here is a pic of my friend Andy's cat Jackson wearing a ruff. He actually liked wearing it, and had it on for 4 hours without trying to take it off once. Since then, he loves wearing it, due to all the attention he gets. I know he looks mad, but he is only pissed because he didn't want to sit still for the picture. Cheers, Felix in Minneapolis."
