Who are you...?

I have about 90,000 email in my inbox. About 30% of them have pictures that are unlabeled and un-quantifiable. I flagged this particular picture for posting about three weeks ago and neglected to make notes on who this teen is or what her dog's name is. So, hello teen. Fill us all in on what your deal is. I suspect you may be coming to my show in BC.

CHRIS! i e-mailed you TWICE! both including basic info and the fact that, yes, i am coming to your show. my name is rose, 16teen, and my dog is brownie the old blind lab. now i'm going to have to e-mail you AGAIN and basically repeat myself AGAIN! argh! i will AGAIN include photos of me and my dog to prove that i am indeed mystery teen.
