I'm surprised by all the different reactions her lips receive, they didn't seem to develop til she about about 8 months old(guess she was just born with big gums :P). Her bright pink lips remind me very much of lipstick. While I've heard several comments as far as "what's wrong with her nose?"/"It looks like she has a bloody nose."

Have you seen a professional about her face? She may have a medical condition that could be treated with anti inflamatory medication. That is not normal, and more importantly, if it is swollen, probably not comfortable. A fat lip that shows up as your pet ages is never a good sign. Not cute Chris, not cute at all.
