Apparently its lived in the neighborhood a while and seems healthy otherwise..."
That girl's purse don't match her shoes.

My friend just had her kitty put down due to this (perhaps this). A prolapsed rectum??
They had it "put back in" and sewn up a couple of times, but it reoccurred & the vet had to put the kitty down. So, no, I doubt it's "healthy otherwise".
Why, oh, why, doesn't someone take care of this kitty?? Does he not belong to anyone? Or will no one claim him?
Poor, sad, baboon-butted kitty.

I've heard of that before! I think it can be fatal! Somebody should take that kitty to a vet.

Kitties with their intestines falling out of their asses aren't "healthy".

That's a prolapsed bowel, and that cat needs to get to a vet. Would YOU see a doctor if this happened to you?

Prolapse kitty displeases my eyes.

OH NO!
I had a kitten that had to be put down because of this very same thing. I cried for weeks.
Def not healthy, not to mention it doesn't look very comfy.
