Sally from ATLANTA writes: "...Hey Chris, I just came back from attending a friend's Orthodox Christian wedding in Eritrea. They last about six days and 1,500 people attended my friend's reception! Anyway, I took along The Captain and as you'll see I took a picture in front of Asmara's famous Art Deco theater called Cinema Impero. You'll see a few random Eritreans drinking cappuccinos in the photo and I had to take the photo quickly with my blackberry."
Marian in HUNGARY writes: "...Dear Chris, I'm an American fan who just moved to Hungary for a job, so I had to have my copy of The Captain shipped to me here in Budapest. I don't know if you enjoy this kind of thing, but I thought you might like a picture of your book visiting the Christmas tree (tallest in Hungary!) at Parliament. best, Marian."
A big thank you to everyone who has been sending me emails about my brand new book. It's completely bizarre to me that I can work my ass off putting together a collection of stories, post it on the internet, and actual humans all over the world will read it.
